Male Behaviour Change Programme Manager
Reports to: Domestic Abuse Service Manager Responsible for: Managing and monitoring male behavior change programmes and delivering Domestic Abuse Prevention Motivation Awareness sessions with Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse. Salary: £25,000 per annum Contract: Fixed term contract to November 2021 (with the possibility of a further extension) Hours: 36.25 hours per week to be worked flexibly to meet the requirements of the service Work base: Rochdale with some travel required across the Borough
*Due to current Covid-19 restrictions this role is predominately home based, however the candidate will be required to work in the community, attend face to face team meetings and one to ones (in a COVID-19 secure environment)
Checks Enhanced DBS Check required and professional references covering at least the last two years

Main purpose of the job:
To undertake assessments, individual sessions, and group-work with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
To liaise with referring agencies and actively contribute to risk management procedures and team working.
