Children & Young Person Therapist

Maria is a children and young person’s therapist with experience of working with children while on placement with Place2be. She has gained further experience as a school and private counsellor in the past few years working across Greater Manchester.
​
She is working on our Time4me project, for children who have witnessed and/or experienced Domestic Violence or Abuse in the family home. Her role involves working with children and young people, enabling them to explore their own feelings in a safe and child led environment. Offering them the skills and coping strategies to help them in the future.

​In her share time she enjoys travelling, cooking and humanitarian activities.
