Who We Are:

Rochdale Connections Trust is a community based Charity. We are a highly regarded leading local provider of specialist programmes of support for young people, adults and families who are finding life difficult in some way. We offer individually tailored programmes, structured interventions and 1:1 mentoring designed to deal with an array of issues to help empower individuals to overcome barriers and to turn their lives around.

What We Do

RCT Commercial Training

We offer an array of professional development routes and training opportunities at highly competitive prices. We are an ILM accredited Training Centre and possess an extensive menu of training programmes for groups of staff at all levels.
In addition we have the expertise to write bespoke, tailor-made packages of training that can be accredited through ILM if you so wish, to suit your specific organisational staff requirements.


Professional Development and Training

Rochdale Connections Trust Training is the Local Authority’s Training delivery partner to the Community Champions and we deliver a Mentoring qualification to Volunteers working on our Charity run adult and youth support programmes.

Furthermore we are specialists in the delivery of ILM accredited Leadership and Management Qualifications and offer programmes from Level 3 through to Level 7. Clients who currently contract with us include Blackburn Council, Network Rail and Bolton University.

We are able to deliver training at your premises if required or alternatively courses can be facilitated in our training room in central Rochdale.
