Our 17 week Free from Harm course is based in our Rochdale office and aims to help participants gain more knowledge around domestic abuse, feel safer and able to risk assess situations, have improved self-esteem, feel empowered, increase their resilience & feel less isolated.

Indecent Images - 'Revenge Porn'. Session 11 - The Law and Domestic Abuse - Offences and Orders. Session 13 - Improving Communication Skills - Assertive Over Aggressive.
