Training Offer
Session 1 – Introduction to Trauma and Trauma-informed Practice.
This will cover an introduction to trauma and trauma-informed practice including ACE’s, attachment, the brain and working with trauma at practitioner level. Session 2 – Embedding Trauma-informed Practice Following on from session one, this will cover how to embed trauma-informed practice as a practitioner and as an organisation. This will include an organisational self-assessment, ways to embed knowledge into practice, trauma-informed culture within the workplace and how to avoid secondary traumatic stress/compassion fatigue. |
