Time4Me
Our aim is to help children and young people come to terms with their experiences and to develop positive lifestyle and coping strategieS
Time4Me is a therapeutic service for children and young people who are affected by the harms of domestic violence and abuse, experienced in the family home. Delivered over 12 sessions, children and young people receive 1:1 support from either a Counsellor or Play Therapist, depending on their age and needs, to begin the process of recovery, develop coping skills and build resilience.
We provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for young people to explore any presenting issues. Sessions can be held in one of RCT's counselling rooms or in school settings. Alongside the 1:1 sessions participants have access to our after-school groups where they can access a range of fun, positive free time activities and develop peer relations in a safe, supportive and friendly environment.

- Referrals must be sent through Victim Support Rochdale.

The programme is suitable for children aged 5-16 years and can be delivered on a 1:1 or group basis.
